Job Description:
Frontend Engineer (React/Next.js) – 2-4 Years Experience
We are seeking a skilled Frontend Engineer to join our development team for our project. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of hands-on experience building modern web applications using React and Next.js.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement user-facing features using React.js and Next.js frameworks
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive code
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints
- Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards
- Work closely with the Solution Architect and Tech Lead to implement architectural decisions
- Debug and resolve frontend issues across different browsers and devices
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of professional experience in frontend development
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, including ES6+ features
- Extensive experience with Next.js, React.js and its core principles
- Solid understanding of Next.js framework, including SSR and SSG
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, Zustand)
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, styled-components)
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling
- Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
Additional Skills:
- Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of web performance optimization techniques
